With an emphasis on the later jazz of the 1940s-1960s, this particular adaptation of the All-Stars features music from artists such as Miles Davis, Thelonious, Dave Brubeck, Clifford Brown, and Chet Baker. While effortlessly blending bebop, hard bop, cool jazz, and other music from the 1940-60s Great American Songbook, The All-Star Standard bands tend to focus less on dancing and more on enjoyable listening.
